TENZING ENERGY HUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. The promoter is: Basecamp Brews Ltd. (TENZING Natural Energy) whose registered office is Evolution House, Iceni Court, Delft Way, Norwich, Norfolk, NR6 6BB, UK.
2. Eligibility: The TENZING Energy Hunt is open to UK residents aged 16 years and over. Available in selected Tesco, Sainsburys and M&S stores in London Zone 1-3. The purchase of a TENZING can with a golden sticker attached is necessary to enter this competition.
3. To Enter: Purchase one of the five TENZING cans with a golden sticker in an eligible store. If you're a lucky winner, please send a picture of you with your winning can to TENZING's official Instagram (@Tenzing) or TikTok (@tenzing). By entering the TENZING Energy Hunt, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Details of how to enter can also be found on competition announcement posts on TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn (@Tenzing). 
4. Promotional Period: The opening date for entry is 05.04.23 and the closing date for entry will be 11.04.23 23:59. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received within this period. 
5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
6. *The Prize: a year- long supply of TENZING includes: 12 cases of 12 cans in any flavour combination of your choice.
7. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacts via Instagram or TikTok DM within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by TENZING’s official Instagram, @Tenzing or TikTok @Tenzing and will be notified when and where the prize will be delivered. 
8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
